About C.E.A. Electronics Corporation
C.E.A. Electronics Corporation (Costruzioni Elettroniche Automatiche) of Bologna, Italy, was a small Italian pinball manufacturer active in the late 1970s that produced a handful of solid‑state and electromechanical pinball machines for the European market. Known for titles such as Alpha 2001, Lucky Shot, Super Tris, Timothyt and Satellite, C.E.A.’s games feature distinctive Italian artwork, space and novelty themes, unique rule sets and generally limited production runs that make them sought after by vintage pinball collectors and restorers. Although C.E.A. no longer manufactures new machines, community resources, schematics and parts listings on collector sites sustain restoration efforts and keep C.E.A. machines present in vintage pinball listings and museum collections.
