HEXA Pinball

HEXA Pinball is a French pinball manufacturer based in Martillac, a suburb of Bordeaux. Longtime business partners Christophe André and Alexandre Mak registered the company in May 2022, pairing André's background in software development with Mak's fifteen years buying, selling, and repairing pinball machines. The pair spent roughly two years developing their first machine before going to market, drawing on carpenters, ironworkers, and other craftspeople from across the surrounding Nouvelle-Aquitaine region. Electronics engineer Romain Fontaine — a Team Pinball co-founder — has been part of HEXA from the early stages, designing the electronic platform behind both Space Hunt and The 3 Musketeers. HEXA calls itself the only pinball machine manufacturer in France.

The company revealed its debut title, Space Hunt, on June 1, 2023. Set in a science-fiction world where players guide a ball-shaped hero named Spherus past the tyrannical Space Hunters, it went on sale in November 2023. HEXA has since used the Space Hunt platform for outside commissions, including a $112,000 custom machine for Louis Vuitton's Objets Nomades collection and a promotional machine built for Renault to launch the Twingo e-tech car, sold through Renault's own webshop starting in December 2025.

HEXA followed with a second original title, The 3 Musketeers, fully revealed on March 20, 2026. Based directly on Alexandre Dumas's public-domain novel rather than a film license, the game casts players as D'Artagnan facing off against Cardinal Richelieu and his agent Milady de Winter. It features artwork by Tristan Fallon and music by Hervé Coussillan.
