Arcade museum · Troy (Oakland Mall)
Sparks Pinball Museum & Arcade occupies a space on the second floor of Oakland Mall near JCPenney. The venue operates on a pay-one-price admission model, giving players unlimited access to their collection of vintage and modern machines. Sparks runs a second location in Chesterfield, with over 125 machines across both venues.
Arcade · Eastern Market
Offworld Arcade operates as a curated pinball gallery inside the Tocororo restaurant building in Eastern Market. The collection features both new and classic machines, all quarter-operated and meticulously maintained. The venue enforces a 21+ policy after 8pm.
Barcade · Midtown
Barcade Detroit opened in 2021 on Selden Street in Midtown. The two-level space combines craft beer and classic gaming, with 24-30 rotating drafts and a full kitchen alongside pinball machines and 1980s-era video games. Token-based play keeps games at quarter-equivalent pricing.
Brewery · Canton
Canton Brew Works is a family-owned microbrewery in Canton with rotating craft beers and a growing selection of pinball machines. The venue hosts trivia nights and live music, and maintains a family-friendly atmosphere with board games and darts alongside the pinball.
Family entertainment · Ypsilanti
Big Best in Games operates as part of a large entertainment complex on Carpenter Road in Ypsilanti. The 74,000 square foot facility offers go-karts, laser tag, mini golf, and a full restaurant alongside its arcade floor. Pinball machines from Stern occupy a section of the gaming area.
Restaurant · Canton
Ruckus Taco Company Canton is a chef-owned taco restaurant that opened in 2023 on Joy Road. The colorful dining room includes a small selection of Stern pinball machines alongside the main restaurant operation.
Detroit's pinball venues accommodate different play styles. Dedicated pinheads will find the largest collections at Sparks and Offworld, while casual players can combine a game or two with craft beer at Canton Brew Works or Barcade. Family groups have options at Big Best in Games and Canton Brew Works.
