Albert will probably always hold the title of most positive pinball personality! He will always make you feel good, and does a good job being an ambassador for the community.

It's not easy to put out as many pods as Orby does, but he makes each one interesting, and that's why we love what he does.  It doesn't take long to see why Orby is so popular.  Keep it up, Albert!

Albert is the best most unique pinball nerd in the world.

I was delighted to find Orby's Pinball Nerds Podcast through the Poor Man's Pinball Podcast when he was a guest on their show.  Man does Drew really like his Jurassic Park.  Too bad he sucks at pinball.  The last time I played pinball onsite I really sucked too.  Since I can't play onsite during the Covid crisis I decided to make a my very own virtual pinball machine.  I know virtual pins are the same but it's better than nothing.  Have you heard my band lately?  We're getting better every time we play for a retirement home or a neighborhood. The last time I had a good pizza was in Chicago.  Did you know squirrels are like cats and always land on their feet?  So cool!  Do you know who else is cool?  Orbital Albert!  He's got a fun podcast about pinball.  I should write up a review for him one day.  What were we talking about?

Albert has a unique and fun Podcast. His passion is infectious and his authentic takes are always fun. He goes off on random thoughts often which adds something different than the other most more serious and structured podcast. Always enjoy.

Maybe I'm a little biased because I know "Orbital" Albert personally and have had the pleasure of being a guest on his podcast, but here's my review anyhow. Firstly, I'm amazed by the sheer productivity of how many episodes he has recorded in such a short span of time (even though the frequency of episodes has slowed down a bit). As a long time listeNERD, it's been quite an emotional roller coaster and a privilege to be privy to the inner-monologue of a fellow pinball enthusiast talking about the big news stories of the day. Orby's style is quick and dirty and released with minimal editing, which can be a bit rough on the ears oftentimes. Speaking "off-the-cuff" he sometimes can go way off script, which can also be a bit frustrating, but eventually you'll just accept these things as part of the show's unfiltered charm. I love the energy, I love the passion and whenever he screws something up, I just have a little chuckle. It's a must listen if you eat, sleep and breath(e) PINBALL!

Orby is probably the most transparent and authentic person recording pinball podcasts.  Usually shooting from the hip, his shows meander from topic to off topic personal life stories that most of us wouldn’t have the courage to bring up on air.  Albert is always passionate about his topics and worth your time!  Give him a week and he’ll grow on you!

Sorry bud... this was long over due! Here is my top 5 reasons to listen to Orby!

1. Honest and full of Passion. 
2. Extremely Knowledgeable about pinball far more than I. 
3. Very funny, one of the most hilarious guys I know. 
4. This Podcast lets us in on his personal life... there is no filter it is raw and very enjoyable going on this "Journey" with Albert.
5. He is dedicated to bringing all the Pinball Nerds the latest news and more importantly Alberts "Take"... which could be funny, interesting, knowledgable, or down right a slap of truth. He is very real and that is why he deserves Top 5 billing!
