Summary
Joe Fox discusses Pro vs. Premium pinball collecting trends and tournament play shifts.
Joe Fox joins Final Round to discuss his evolving preferences in pinball collecting and gameplay: shifting from premium/LE machines toward pro models and tournament-focused play as he prioritizes game flow over spectacle. The hosts conduct a detailed Pro vs. Premium/LE analysis across recent Stern titles (Mandalorian, Led Zeppelin, Avengers, TMNT, Stranger Things, Jurassic Park), debating whether premium features justify their cost. Discussion also covers the upcoming PinFest event, post-lockdown tournament planning in Australia and the US, the formation of the Delaware Pinball Collective, and how pandemic-driven new money has inflated the secondary market.
