Can I Restore a Pac-Man Arcade from TWO Wrecked Cabinets?

JLCPCB $2 for 1-8 layer PCB: I purchased 2 Pac-Man arcades and restore them into a single top-notch cabinet, using only fully original parts. This is a challenging project, as the cabinets are in bad shape: damaged, dirty, and missing parts. Along the way, I also get to program a new ROM, fix a CRT issue, restore the coin door, and more.
