Data East Time Machine Part 2: We Got LIFE! ⚡ Then the Fuses Started Blowing…

It’s time to go back in time once again with this Data East Time Machine pinball machine! This is Part 2 of the restoration adventure, and this time we’re installing a brand-new power supply and seeing if we can finally bring this old machine to life. And honestly… we get WAY more life out of it than I was expecting! ⚡ Of course, with an old Data East machine, things can’t possibly go smoothly for long. Fuses start blowing, strange things start happening, and the familiar game of chasing our tails begins all over again. 😂 But despite the chaos, this turns out to be a surprisingly productive session. We actually manage to get the machine far enough along to successfully go back in time and play a test game! Well… sort of. With the flippers refusing to cooperate, we resort to a good old-fashioned one-handed test game until, inevitably, the flippers decide they’ve had enough and die on us. Still, after where this machine started, getting it to actually play is a pretty exciting milestone. Another episode of pinball repair, troubleshooting, electrical gremlins, unexpected victories, and general pinball shenanigans. The Time Machine is slowly coming back to life. ⏳⚡🎰 Tags Data East Time Machine, Data East Time Machine pinball, Time Machine pinball, Data East pinball, Data East, pinball, pinball machine, pinball restoration, pinball repair, vintage pinball, vintage arcade, arcade restoration, pinball troubleshooting, pinball repair video, pinball tech, pinball maintenance, fixing pinball machine, restoring pinball machine, old pinball machine, retro arcade, arcade games, pinball flippers, pinball power supply, pinball fuses, pinball diagnostics, pinball shenanigans, Data East restoration, Data East repair, Time Machine restoration, Time Machine repair, pinball hobby, pinball collector
