NPC Grand Finals - First 4 Round Matchup Draw

Recording of the draw of the first 4 rounds of Grand finals. Since players must get one chance at being player 1, 2, 3 and 4, and not play against repeat opponents more than once, and play at least 7 of the 8 other locations -- we have to draw this outside matchplay.
