Glenn Waechter of Multimorphic discusses his unconventional journey into pinball and the sound design/music production industry. Starting from childhood fascination with moving objects and toys like Marble Works, he discovered pinball at age 21 through casual bar play, then reconnected with the hobby via the Pinball Arcade app while working in window treatments. After years of creating podcast content and homebrew sound design (Saw, Monster League Hockey, League of Legends, Blood Bank Billiards), he was hired by Multimorphic to create the sound package for their Ender's Game pinball machine: a significant career breakthrough after years of networking and self-directed skill-building.
