Episode 248 – Find The Edit

Slam Tilt post-TPF review covers new game impressions and industry news.

Ron and Bruce discuss Texas Pinball Festival (TPF) coverage, news items including Stern's Venom accessories, Chicago Gaming's Medieval Madness Merlin Edition ($12,000) and Cactus Canyon upgrade kit ($1,250), and Pinball Brothers' ABBA wizard mode and upcoming Predator release. Bruce provides detailed hands-on impressions of new games at TPF: Blues Brothers (unreliable, poor art), D&D Premium (cool dragon head but not worth $2,500 premium), Cactus Canyon with kit, Merlin's Arcade (disappointing layout despite John Norris design), and Portal/Multimorphic display. The episode also covers local news about Rochester Pinball Collective new LED sign, Ron's Meteor acquisition, and Stomp tournament details (46 pre-registered of 80 max spots).
