Rick Naegele is a seasoned software engineer and key figure in modern pinball development. After starting his career in arcade and console gaming, he brought his technical prowess to Stern Pinball, where he has served as a lead programmer on numerous cornerstone titles.

Working closely with top designers like Keith Elwin, Naegele’s code weaves deep rule sets, immersive storytelling, and innovative features into each machine. Whether it’s the epic rock escapades of Iron Maiden, the dino-filled action of Jurassic Park, or the city-smashing mayhem of Godzilla, his work continues to push the boundaries of what pinball software can achieve.
