Pinball hack? Bally Pinball Machine Elektra lighting issue

So i cant find a part to fix a game so came up with a solution using modern parts that were not available back in the day. Is this a hack? Follow along as I work on a Bally Elektra pinball machine and fix the lower general illumination TRIAC problem. This will work on other games such as Centaur, Spectrum or any other game utilizing Triacs to turn on general illumination lights. Order the “Drapsicle” led sticks here
