Sonic the Hedgehog pinball has officially landed, and yeah… it’s time to go FAST. We’ve got the Jersey Jack Pinball Collector’s Edition in the house, complete with all the upgraded CE goodies and that insane topper. Now it’s time to unbox it, set it up, and see if we can survive without losing every single ring. 😅 Who’s ready for some Sonic pinball? Looking for more Pinball Content? It’s moving day for Grand Lizard! 🦎 In this episode of Pinball Shenanigans, I head into the garage to tear down Grand Lizard and get it packed up for its trip to Edmonton, Alberta. Lots of disassembly, moving blankets, wrapping, and generally trying to make sure a giant electromechanical-ish box of fun survives the journey without turning into a very expensive pile of parts. 😂 But with a little time left on the clock, I take a quick peek at the next project waiting in the wings… ⏰ Data East Time Machine from 1988! This is one seriously cool machine, and I give it a brief look before realizing that, once again, I have managed to run out of time. Naturally, that means you're going to have to stay tuned for the next episode when the Time Machine shenanigans officially begin! So, Grand Lizard gets wrapped up, Time Machine gets teased, and the garage continues its slow transformation into a pinball-related cry for help. Thanks for watching, and as always… keep flippin'! 🎰 pinball, pinball shenanigans, Grand Lizard pinball, Grand Lizard, Data East Time Machine, Time Machine pinball, Data East pinball, 1988 pinball, pinball restoration, pinball repair, pinball machine, vintage pinball, classic pinball, pinball collector, pinball collecting, pinball teardown, pinball moving, pinball packing, pinball transport, Edmonton Alberta, pinball Canada, arcade, vintage arcade, pinball project, pinball restoration project, pinball maintenance, pinball hobby

I went to the garage with THREE simple goals… 1️⃣ Get the Pioneer pinball machine working 2️⃣ Pack up Grand Lizard for its trip to Edmonton 3️⃣ Set up my new Data East Time Machine project So naturally… I accomplished NONE of them! 😂 Welcome to another episode of Pinball Shenanigans, where the plan and reality rarely end up in the same place. I do manage to get a few small signs of life out of the Pioneer, so there's at least SOME progress. But after fighting with this machine, I finally discover the ultimate solution to the Pioneer problem… PUT IT UP FOR SALE! 🤣 Meanwhile, Grand Lizard is supposed to be getting packed up for its journey to Edmonton. Does that happen? Nope. And my new Data East Time Machine project is waiting to be set up. Does that happen either? Of course not! Three jobs. Three failures. One very typical day at the garage. Come along for another episode of Pinball Shenanigans featuring pinball repairs, projects, procrastination, questionable decision-making, and the occasional small victory. And remember… Sometimes the best way to fix a pinball machine is to sell it! 😂
Bug plays Twilight Zone pinball with tutorial commentary, reaching wizard mode.
On this week's Danni's Scream n Stream highlights, she does a low key Danni Teaches, followed by a leadup versus with RotorDave, then a last-minute speedrun to complete the game and reach Lost In the Zone. It's a wizard mode speedrun for the ages, but definitely slightly less cool and clean than other plays in the past... P.S. Looking for a rulesheet for the game? There are heaps if you look on Google. The one on GameFAQs, Kineticist and Pinball org are both fab.
