Boss Battle Games at Castleton Square Mall in Indianapolis, IN offers video arcade cabinets, pinball, console gaming and tabletop gaming in an arcade made to feel like a gaming convention. Pay one price at this retro arcade to play all day on Mortal Kombat, Gauntlet, and Tron, but you may have to drop a few quarters to play Godzilla or Deadpool pinball. Boss is all about the games, so no food or drinks available here. 

Poison Girl in Houston, TX is a feminist, provocative dive bar with an impressive whiskey collection, red walls adorned with erotic art, life sized paper mache cowgirl statues, and a great pinball collection including Creatures of the Black Lagoon, Monster Bash, Deadpool and Scared Stiff. Don’t let the Kool-aid man scare you away from the patio. Poison Girl is definitely adults only, but you’re welcome to bring your dog. 

The Detour is a barcade in San Francisco California with an elevated food, beverage and cocktail program. The food menu focuses on pan-pacific street food like a ponzu salad, nori tots, tacos, and pizza (ok pizza may be a stretch on the pan-pacific part but pizza is delicious so we'll let it slide). The Detour has a mix of arcade games, skee ball, arcade style basketball games, pinball and board games for entertainment while you consume your tasty food and drink. The Detour is generally 21+ except for Saturdays from 2pm-6pm when all ages are allowed inside. The Detour has a good sized pinball machine collection with 10 machines on location. The Detour is a classic barcade style location with an elevated food, beverage and cocktail program. The mix of arcade games, skee ball, arcade style basketball games, pinball and board games for entertainment make The Detour a great place to visit in San Francisco California.

BearMoose Brewing Company is a small craft brewery located in an old industrial building in Everett, MA. The taproom is spacious and dog friendly, and has a diverse lineup of new and old pinball machines. One of the more unique public pinball collections in the area, BearMoose is just as likely to have the latest offering from Chicago Gaming Company as a vintage single player EM machine. No food is served on site, but you can bring your own or have something delivered. BearMoose only offers beers and non-alcoholic options, so no liquor or wine is available. If you're looking for a fun place to hang out and play some pinball, BearMoose Brewing Company is definitely worth check out!

‍Super Champ is a new arcade in Beaverton, an excellent suburb of Portland, Oregon. They have 10 pinball machines, plus pizza and beer. Really cool website, too. Machines are operated by the same folks who run Wedgehead in Portland!

Space Room Lounge in Portland, Oregon is a small bar with a big personality. The highlight of the place is their pinball collection, which currently features eight games. But Space Room Lounge is more than just a cocktail bar with some pinball machines – they also offer American comfort food, video arcade games, air hockey, and a photo booth. They're big supporters of the local pinball community and frequently host tournaments and events. Outer Orbit is 18+ only, but they have family days on Wednesdays and Sundays. In addition to their bar games, they also serve Hapa-Hawaii style food that's become popular with their visitors. Their menu includes items like Garlic Noodles, Spam Musubi, and Loco Moco. You can wash all of this down with one of their many craft beers, wine, or sake options. People love Outer Orbit for its tasty food and cool environment. Mikerphone Brewing was the first of now many brewery locations to pop around Chicagoland in the last year. What someone dubbed "Stern-eries" tend to have 4-6 Stern machines that were fresh out of boxes as well as a giant Insider Connected leaderboard. They also happen to be one of the best breweries in the suburbs with a large variety of beer styles including IPAs, sours, pilsners, barrel aged beers, beer slushies and some spirits as well. They host trivia nights the second Thursday of every month if you need a break from pinball and also recently started serving pizza and pretzels all the time as well as hosting a variety of food trucks on busier days. They host pinball tournaments the first Thursday of the month sponsored by Stern pinball. And who knows who you may see if you pay a visit since both Stern and Jersey Jack's factories are just a few miles away.

Pizza West in Shawnee KS is a great spot for pinball enthusiasts, but it's not just about the game. If you're looking to pair your skills on the flippers with some delicious pizza and a comfortable atmosphere, Pizza West has you covered! Featuring seven pinball machines operated by Solid State and an extensive menu of pizzas, wings, and more, to choose from, Pizza West has something for everyone. Knub's Pub is the ideal spot for a night out, thanks to its extensive craft beer selection and classic American bar food. Located in an old storage unit in an industrial park in Wilmington, DE, Bellefonte Brewing serves up an impressive list of beers with fun flavors like Orange Street Ale and Kush IPA, a few arcade games, and a sweet little lineup of pinball machines including The Simpsons, Batman and Party Zone. Bellefonte is a favorite spot for local food trucks with its indoor-outdoor seating, and it is also family and dog friendly! 

Falling Knife Brewing Company in Minneapolis, Minnesota is a must-see for anyone visiting the area. This unique brewery is not only known for its delicious hazy IPAs, but also for its impressive collection of pinball machines. With eight tables on site, there's plenty of opportunity to show off your skills (or lack thereof). And if you need a break from all the excitement, head to the back of the taproom where you'll find a CD jukebox and TVs. Falling Knife is also kid and dog friendly, so everyone in the family can enjoy a visit. Just note that dogs are only allowed on the patio - not inside the taproom. Brooklyn’s Buttermilk Bar is the definition of a neighborhood dive bar, but it sure packs a lot of entertaining possibilities. Barebottle Brewing Company in Santa Clara, CA is a great place to unwind over a flight of beer and a couple of empanadas. PINSTACK Austin is a must-visit spot when you're in Austin, Texas. Founded in 2004, Barcade opened its first location in Brooklyn and has since expanded to Detroit, Philadelphia, and Jersey City among other places. The Barcade Manhattan outpost is located on West 24th street and features five classic pinball machines along with a variety of retro video games and board games. But Barcade isn't just about the classic gaming experience - they also specialize in craft cocktails and local beers. And, thankfully, it's strictly adults only here - so you don't have to worry about constantly getting swarmed by a group of energetic children. Imbibe in Indianapolis, IN is a dive bar with an upstairs gameroom that includes pool tables, darts, shuffleboard, air hockey, foosball and ping pong. Did we mention the pinball?
