2023 Alien Pinball * Ripley Version * Worst Gameplay Video EVER!

TL;DR

Casual gameplay walkthrough of Alien Ripley Edition reveals complex rules and high difficulty.

Is this the worst pinball gameplay video on YouTube? It just might be! 😂 In this video, I play the 2023 Alien Ripley Edition by Pinball Brothers for the very first time. With absolutely no experience on the game, I jump in for 5–6 games... and let's just say things don't exactly go according to plan. Expect plenty of missed shots, short ball times, questionable decisions, and more drains than I'd like to admit. If you're looking for world-class gameplay, you've definitely come to the wrong place! 😆 Even though my skills leave a lot to be desired, the Alien Ripley Edition is an incredible machine, and it was a blast getting my first taste of this modern sci-fi pinball experience. Have you played Alien by Pinball Brothers? Let me know your thoughts in the comments—and feel free to roast my gameplay while you're at it!

TL;DR

Custom Simpsons pinball machine wins Ontario Pin Fest homebrew award

Marco Bucci, a huge Simpsons fan, created this machine from scratch in approximately 2.5 years. He brought it to the Ontario Pinfest in 2025 where we checked it out for the 1st time. He brought it back to the show in 2026 this time as a darn near finished product! He walked us through the game as we worked, aka cheated, our way to the wizard mode so that we could see everything this machine had to offer! The art, layout, gameplay, toys and mechs, code, callouts, theme integration, animations and rules make this one of the coolest homebrew machines I have ever played! It is truly an amazing accomplishment!

Nintendo's Lost Wild West Shooter Returns! | Wild Gunman (1974) Recreation at Ontario PinFest 2026

TL;DR

Nintendo Wild Gunman (1974) arcade recreation debuts at Ontario PinFest 2026

In this video, we get the chance to play a recreation of Nintendo's original Wild Gunman from 1974 at Ontario PinFest 2026 created by Callan Brown! The full details and story below: Long before the NES, the Zapper, or even Donkey Kong, Nintendo created Wild Gunman as a projection-screen shooting attraction that used real 16mm film footage of live-action gunfighters. Designed during Nintendo's early arcade era, the game challenged players to outdraw an outlaw in a classic Old West showdown using a light gun and a projected movie screen. For decades, the original Wild Gunman machines were considered some of the rarest and most elusive pieces of Nintendo history. Very few cabinets survived, and much of the original film footage was believed lost. That changed thanks to an ambitious restoration and preservation effort completed in 2026. Using surviving film reels, digitized footage, custom electronics, modern projection technology, and extensive research into the original hardware, arcade restorer Callan Brown (74XX Arcade Repair) recreated the experience of Nintendo's groundbreaking 1974 machine. The project has allowed modern audiences to experience a game that had effectively disappeared for over 50 years. At Ontario PinFest 2026, we had the opportunity to step up to the screen and see what it was like to face off against Nintendo's Wild West gunfighters just as players would have in the 1970s. If you're interested in arcade history, Nintendo's early years, rare electro-mechanical games, and video game preservation, this is a piece of gaming history you won't want to miss.
