Pinball is 10 to 20 cents a game at Nickel Mania in Springville, UT, a nickelcade with redemption games, classic arcade cabinets, and a great pinball collection including Addams Family, Bram Stoker's Dracula, Hook, Indiana Jones, Popeye, and Twilight Zone. Print the coupon from the website to get in for 99 cents and play games for a nickel.
Maine Silverball Tavern
Pinball artwork from Brian Allen covers the walls of Maine Silverball Tavern in Saco, ME, where you’ll find a nice collection of craft beer and an even better collection of quarter-player pinball machines. Make your way down the row of Williams machines, including Grand Lizard, Fish Tales, and Taxi, then head to newer Stern machines, including The Mandalorian, complete with a Grogu doll on the playfield, and don’t miss the handful of old electro-mechanical pinball machines like pitch and bat baseball games. All ages are welcome, but a parent must accompany children. Silverball Tavern is also a host of The New England Pinball League and tournaments.
Super Abari Game Bar
Super Abari Game Bar in Charlotte, NC is a barcade with a portal to the past for adult “kids.” More than 90 arcade games are arranged around a display of screens playing 80s movies. Drop some quarters into more than 30 pinball machines like Indiana Jones, Halloween, Willy Wonka, Creature from the Black Lagoon and Stranger Things. This modern spot serves craft beers and cocktails and is almost exclusively 21+ with the exception of noon to 5pm on Saturday and Sunday.
QuarterWorld Arcade
QuarterWorld Arcade is a barcade in Portland, Oregon with the second largest collection of pinball machines in the city. They have 32 pinball games on location, with a selection that includes games like The Addam's Family, Batman '66 and Iron Man. In addition to pinball, they also have over 50 classic arcade games featuring titles like Marvel vs. Capcom, NBA Jam, Pac-Man and others. If you're looking for something different to do, they also have other fun games like Dance Dance Revolution, basketball, and skee ball. QuarterWorld has 2 full bars if you get thirsty, with a focus on cocktails and draft beer. They also serve American pub food like burgers and pizza. QuarterWorld is 21+ except for Saturdays and Sundays between 1pm and 7pm. And yes, they take quarters.
Pinball Co-op
The Pinball Co-op in South Burlington, VT, is the best spot for pinball in Burlington. Pay one price for unlimited play on over a dozen classic and modern pinball machines from Ballys Paragon to Sterns Star Trek. You can BYOB, stick it in the fridge, and get to flipping. Crabtowne USA
Why is the best arcade for miles around in a crabshack? To double down on classic Maryland nostalgia! At Crabtowne USA in Glen Burnie, MD you can enjoy heaps of steamed and fried crab, shrimp, and the best crabcakes you’ve ever eaten. Wash it down with a cold beer and head into the arcade where you’ll find all of your arcade and pinball favorites from the 80’s and 90’s, from Frogger and Pac-Man to Tekken and Mortal Kombat. Hyndman's Arcade (Berlin Farmers Market)
Fun Stop Arcade, located in the farmers market in Berlin, NJ, is worth the half hour ride from Philadelphia. Fun Stop’s new owners have spent a lot of time and money updating and maintaining the video game arcade and especially the pinball machines. Fun Stop has kiddie rides, racing games, and shooters, plus a quality lineup of pinball with modern Sterns and a few gems from the 90’s. The market itself is one of the East Coast's oldest and largest, with miles of vendors ranging from fruits and vegetables to clothing and antiques.
The Game Preserve
The 80's are back! The Game Preserve is a true classic arcade in Spring, TX with original arcade games like Star Wars, Robotron, Joust, Centipede, Street Fighter and a hundred more, plus over 25 pinball machines like The Addams Family, Twilight Zone, and Dr Who all on free play. Kidforce Pinball
Kidforce Pinball is more than an awesome comic book and collectible toy store. They also have over 30 pinball games. Pinball games include new and classic games. They also have role-playing and board games to satisfy other gaming cravings.
The Retrocade
If you're in the mood for some classic arcade gaming, head on over to The Retrocade in Asheville. With 15 pinball machines and a variety of other gaming options, it's the perfect place to spend an afternoon or evening. A $10 cover charge gets you in with all games on free play - and if you're over 21, there's also a great selection of local craft beers on tap!
ULEKstore's Pinball and Classic Arcade
There isn’t much left inside the Mall of Monroe, in Monroe, MI but ULEKstore’s Pinball and Classic Arcade is just about all you need. It’s a small arcade with a great mix of pinball machines like Bally's Black Jack, Spooky's America's Most Haunted, and Stern’s Godzilla Pro and another 16 classic arcade games. Flippers flock to ULEKstore’s arcade to climb the leaderboards and join frequent pinball tournaments.
Flower City Arcade
Flower City Arcade opened in Rochester, NY with favorite video arcade games from the 80’s including an assortment of Donkey Kong cabinets, PacMan and Ms PacMan, and Centipede, plus bubble hockey, darts, skeeball, and a nice lineup of pinball including Adams Family, Haunted House, Taxi, and Hercules, plus a few electromechanical pins set up outdoors. Games are all set to free play for $12 per person. Flower City was an arcade games distributor from 1940 until 1981, and this iteration of the family business is being revamped by the family’s third generation of arcade enthusiasts, Greg Grillo, who opened the arcade at the age of 20 and has been restoring the machines and improving the arcade since 2018.
Pins Mechanical Company (Indianapolis)
Pins Mechanical Co in Indianapolis, IN is a social destination featuring duckpin bowling, foosball, ping pong, bocce ball, and all of the most popular pinball machines just waiting for your quarters. Several bars spread across two floors with craft beer and cocktails and a great rooftop patio. Have you ever played garage ball? Here’s your chance. RLM Amusements
RLM Amusements is an arcade and pinball repair and sales store. They also run weekly pinball tournaments. They are open on Thursdays and Saturdays and have unlimited play for $10. The pinball collection is about 20 machines and includes the latest games from Stern. They also have classic arcade games and air hockey. They do not serve drinks or food, but you can bring in your own.
BRI Taproom & Arcade
The Beer Research Institute in Mesa, Arizona is an entertainment destination like no other! It's a pinball arcade, brewrey, and bar all in one. Pins Mechanical Company (Columbus)
Pins Mechanical Co has three floors and a patio full of entertainment in downtown Columbus, OH. Foosball, patio pong, ping pong, duckpin bowling, ring toss, jenga, arcade games and the best pinball selection in town all in a sleek environment with several bars serving craft cocktails and beer. There’s even a giant slide to get back downstairs! Pins is a cashless bar, and a few games are absolutely free to play.
The Garcade
The Garcade in Menomonee Falls, WI is a massive homage to classic gaming built for family fun. This retro arcade and pinball hall has over 150 video games, 30 pinball machines, air hockey, dance and rhythm machines, foosball and more. Pay admission and play all day. Enterrium
Enterrium is a one-of-a-kind pinball arcade that has something for everyone. With 25 pinball machines on site, Enterrium has games like Stern's Kiss, American Pinball's Houdini, Jersey Jack's Godfather, and Bally's Paragon. Enterrium is in the suburbs not too far from O'Hare airport and very close to the factories for major pinball manufacturers. It was the location where Chicago Gaming put their first Pulp Fiction game for public play outside a convention. Prototype games or software are often tested here as well. Enterrium is also a massive complex with retro and modern arcade games, bowling, food, drinks and more. Enterrium is a family friendly option for your pinball and gaming needs, as kids are always welcome. It's also a huge tournament location and budding WPPR farm with their first monthly Tuesday tournament pulling in over 90 players in June of 2023.
Magoos Sports Bar & Billiards
Magoos Sports Bar And Billiards in Tulsa, OK, offers 30 pool tables, more than 25 HD TV's tuned in to the game, and award-winning hot wings, but the real attraction here is the arcade. Magoo’s arcade includes foosball, air hockey, basketball, racing games, and a well-maintained collection of pinball machines with monthly tournaments. Magoo’s is family-friendly, though the bar area is 21+.
EinStein's Pub
EinStein's Pub in Katy, TX, is an old watering hole where the locals enjoy pub grub, drink specials, live bands, pool, and a beautiful rotating collection of pinball machines. Monthly tournaments are on the same night as the $7 burger special. There’s also air hockey, Big Buck Hunter Reloaded, and a multicade.
