Biomechanical Toy - the forgotten cousin of Metal Slug returns! Gameplay Review Originally released in 1995 by the legendary Spanish arcade giant Gaelco and developed by Zeus Software, Biomechanical Toy arrived just one year before Metal Slug, sharing its explosive rhythm, ultra-expressive pixel art style, and unique ally-rescue mechanics. You control Inguz, a tough action hero sporting a familiar 90s ponytail and sunglasses combo. Your mission is to blast through a magical kingdom of clockwork toys gone rogue to recover the stolen Magic Pendulum from the criminal mastermind Scrubby. Free caged toy allies for temporary combat support, manage your weapon reloads, and take down massive, bizarre war-machine bosses across 6 surreal stages. Attempt 14 to finish Stern's Lord of the Rings and reach Valinor. Technically attempt 24 if we're counting the first series, but who's counting? At least it sounds awesome thanks to the Pinsound Lord of the Rings OST kit, for those wondering which one I'm using. 📡 Twitch 📺 YouTube 📷 Instagram 📘 Facebook 👕 Apparel
Live gameplay stream of Stern's Pokémon Premium pinball machine
I hit most of the content in the game at the moment (v0.83) on one long-ass ball two. The game is sold and moves out on Thursday. So, what's the verdict anyway? The shots don't falter on this game. It's Gomez's golden fan and shots are exactly where you expect them. On-the-fly play has never been more fun. The basic rules work as-is but they need to work on callouts and how things stack etc. I mean, I got the Pikachu hurry-up when I had my add-a-ball lit during a multiball. That's not very practical. Having battles as an exclusive mode without anything else running may seem like fun at the time but the lock-out part is sometimes not what you want if you've been building towards something else. Having the ability to cancel/postpone the battle should be available if the ball dribbles into the scoop on accident. Anyhow, this game can only get better code-wise. After seeing Sonic I just wonder where the hell all the money goes for the prices Stern charge. The left vacuum form ramp is the laziest thing I've seen coming out of the factory on a premium game since the Stranger Things ramp returns. It's clearly a project milestone that shows exactly where they ran out of either time or money. The whirlpool is a good idea but how well is it executed when balls come down on a dribble? A ball accelerator chamber (like the one on HSII or Stern Wars premium/LE) would've been awesome. This game does not work in a 10+ game collection if you have a better fan layout game, like AFM etc. The childish toons and vibes does not sit well with my 50yo self that was too old when Pokémon first came out and became mainstream. The LE is way overpriced on the market and I would rather have three Bally/WMS games for that money and triple the fun. Also, the flippers get insanely sluggish once warmed up. You can barely hit the left orbit and halfsies are frequent and annoying. Coil coolers are highly recommend. Want to know what gear I stream pinball and arcade games with?

Gonzo hails Beetlejuice as a masterclass in pinball design, artwork, and theme integration.
It's showtime! 💀🪲 Join me as I take a first look at Spooky Pinball's Beetlejuice and share my honest first impressions after spending some time with the machine. In this video we'll take a detailed tour of the incredible cabinet, backbox and playfield artwork by the brilliant Christopher Franchi, have a close-up look at the toys and mechanisms, and of course play a game to see how it all comes together. Episode 13 of trying to finish Stern's Lord of the Rings and reach Valinor. Still no Valinor. At this point I'm starting to think the game removed it from the code. Running the Pinsound soundtrack and sound package throughout the stream. It completely changes the atmosphere of the game and makes every failed attempt sound a little more dramatic. 📡 Twitch 📺 YouTube 📷 Instagram 📘 Facebook 👕 Apparel
Streamer plays WPT Pinball wizard mode amid technical difficulties and discusses game design.
After struggling for far too long, Keefer Invitational has been reached on stream. Thanks to Goren for popping in early on and keeping my mind less focused on the early game, despite the low audio and delay. Out of all the wizard mode challenges I've done, this was the most taxing due to the condition of the game, continually breaking on me, and the time it took for serious attempts. Glad to be done with it!
